Ticket Purchase
Where can I purchase tickets?
Online at Pensacolabaycityferry.com, via the mobile app, or at the ferry landing prior to departure.
As a reminder, the special fares do require ID confirmation when exchanged for the wristband.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted online, within your account, and at the ticket terminal.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the cruise is canceled by cruise operators due to weather or maintenance. Tickets are also non-refundable if lost or stolen and are not redeemable for cash. No change is given for unused portion(s).
Can multiple tickets be purchased at one time?
Yes, the on-line ticketing and mobile app allow for purchase of multiple tickets.
Do children require a ticket?
Yes. Due to the limited seating onboard, every passenger, including small children that ride free require a ticket.

How long are tickets usable?
Tickets are good until activated.
Does my ticket expire?
Yes. They expire if not used by the scheduled date.
Are children allowed on the ferry without adult supervision?
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the tickets round trip?
Tour boat tickets will allow passengers to travel in either direction between the service’s three endpoints during the day.

What are the Operating Hours for Fort Pickens national park?
Entrance Station Gate:
March 1 – October 31: 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
November 1 – February 28: 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Fort Pickens Gate: 8 a.m. to sunset (year-round)
Overnight parking is not permitted year-round.
How do I get to the Fort Pickens National park?
From Interstate 10: Take Exit 12 for I-110 South, exit 1B Gregory Street East, merge onto 30 E Chase Street, turn left onto Bayfront Parkway /Hwy 98 East, merge onto Hwy 399 to beaches, cross toll bridge ($1.00), turn right onto Fort Pickens Road.

Plan Your Visit
- This area requires an entrance fee. Credit cards only.
- There are no concessions provided in this area of the park.
- No pets allowed on the beach. Pets must be on a six-foot leash and attended to at all times.
- A fishing license is required to fish in the park, except for on the Fort Pickens fishing pier.
- The use of UTVs/ATVs, skateboards, scooters, golf carts, and segways are not allowed in the park.
- Langdon Beach swim beach has a lifeguard assigned from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Accessible beach mats and wheelchairs are provided at Langdon Beach. Ask a ranger in the campground registration office to borrow the beach wheelchair.
- Swimming is allowed in all areas of the park except within 200 feet of the Fort Pickens fishing pier and the Fort Pickens ferry dock.
- Check the weather, the area is at high risk for rip currents.
- Gatherings larger than 26 people may require permits.

Are vehicles allowed on the tour boats?
The vessels will not be able to transport vehicles. Parking is available at all departure points.
Are there items that are prohibited from being brought on board?
Yes. Firearms, fireworks, and fuel are prohibited from being brought onboard.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No
Will food and beverages be sold on the vessels?
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are sold on board.
About Pensacola Bay City Ferry
Where will the Pensacola Bay City Ferry Operate?
The vessels Pelican Perch and Turtle Runner are homeported in Pensacola, at 750 Commendencia Street, Pensacola, FL 32502. The Pensacola Bay City Ferry will operate between the City of Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, and Fort Pickens.

Is there outdoor seating?
Yes. There is interior and exterior seating.

Is WiFi available on board?
No. Please put down the personal devices and enjoy the natural beauty of Pensacola Bay.
Is there parking available near each cruise stop?
Yes. There is ample public parking at each cruise stop.
How long does the cruise last?
Approximately 50 minutes from Pensacola City to Pensacola Beach, 50 minutes from Pensacola Beach to Fort Pickens, and 30 minutes from Fort Pickens to Pensacola City.
Is there a shuttle service?
Seasonally, a free trolley currently runs on Pensacola Beach. Additionally, a tram service will operate at Fort Pickens in conjunction with the cruise schedule. This will allow our passengers to enjoy the beautiful Fort Pickens beaches.
Can people bring coolers, bikes, beach chairs?
The tour boats were designed with passenger storage space and bike racks. Storage space on the boats is fixed, so the operator may have to more specifically define the size and quantity of items brought on board by passengers.
Are the vessels handicap accessible?
The vessels are accessible.
Are animals allowed on the tour boats?
For the safety of all passengers aboard, no animals are allowed. Only service dogs are permitted.
Are groups allowed to rent the tour boats for special events?
